Job Summary
IT Staff to provide day-to-day technical support for our employees. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals eager to start a career in IT. The successful candidate will assist users with technical issues, maintain IT equipment, and support daily IT operations while learning from the Lead Infra Ops.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Assist users with Windows and Microsoft Office application concerns.
- Set up workstations for new employees.
- Perform routine maintenance on computers and IT equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and equipment.
- Document technical issues and their resolutions.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the Lead Infra Ops.
- Assist in maintaining a reliable and efficient IT environment.
- Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned.
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, windows operating systems, and networking is an advantage.
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to provide excellent user support.
- Willing to learn and be trained.
