Job Summary
The Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Supervisor is responsible in the end-to-end production scheduling and material inventory, ensuring finished goods meet sales forecasts while optimizing stock levels.
Responsibilities
- Production and material planning inventory control
- Conducts material and manpower assessment
- Analyzes manufacturing schedule for three (3) months
- Establishes capacity per model
- Establishes set target per process in activity monitoring
- Ensures daily DLC target is met
- Tracks daily production output based on plan
- Ensures availability of materials three (3) days before production plan
- Supervises all material movements
- Tracks materials arrival and status
- Controls materials In/Out of production
- Ensures all system transaction in Odoo is executed on time
- Creates monthly inventory report
- Establishes procedure and process flow
- Conducts performance review of subordinates
Must Have
- Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related course.
- With more than 3 years experience in production planning and inventory control in a manufacturing environment.
- Has a minimum of 1 year supervisory or leadership experience.
- Familiarity with electronics-specific processes and ERP or MRP system such as Odoo
- Proficiency in MS Excel for complex data analysis and background in AI tools
- Knowledge on Lean, Six Sigma, or DMAIC tools to solve complex issues and
- With good analytical thinking, strong leadership and highly collaborative
