Job Summary
The Quality Control Inspector is responsible for conducting incoming, in-process, and outgoing inspections using various visual, mechanical, and electrical/electronic testing techniques to ensure product quality and compliance with specified requirements. The role also performs quality audits and other related duties to prevent non-conforming products and support the company’s quality objectives and overall goals.
Responsibilities
- Performs incoming inspection activities by means of different inspection techniques such as, but not limited to, visual, mechanical and electrical/electronic tests.
- Responsible for in-process quality inspection and audit activities to verify that products are produced according to specified process requirements.
- Completes outgoing quality control activities to prevent potential shipment of non-conforming products.
- Performs other related responsibilities that may be assigned to him/her either in support of his/her individual objectives or the company’s goals and targets.
Must Have
- Completed at least High School
- Background in the inspection of PCBA’s and plastic enclosures is an advantage
- Knowledgeable in MS Office Application
- Preferably familiar in the use of measuring and inspection tolls such as microscope, caliper, LCR Meter, Digital Multimeter, VMM/CMM
