Requirements:

Experience in SMT operations

Panasonic Pick and place machine

Analyze, design, and optimize production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Develop and implement process improvements aligned with industry standards (e.g., ISO, IPC).
• Troubleshoot process issues and provide technical support to production teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (quality, design, operations) to ensure manufacturability.
• Document workflows, procedures, and technical standards for shop-floor adoption.
• Monitor process performance using data analysis and reporting tools.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations.
• Support new product introduction (NPI) by validating processes and equipment.

As Junior Mechanical Design Engineer, you are expected to create and innovate, with a genuine passion for engineering the best Internet-of-Things (IoT) Products. He /She will create, draft and design products using customer specification and recommendations. He/ She will also constantly review tasks, conduct studies and research to assess the feasibility of the design. EXPERIENCE Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree/ College degree, Engineering (Mechanical), or equivalent. Assertive, well-organized, result-oriented and having good problem solving skill with analytical mind. Must be updated with the latest advancements in technology, design trends, and engineering best practices."
