Job Summary:

The Production Planning and Inventory Control (PPIC) Supervisor is responsible in the end-to-end production scheduling and material inventory, ensuring finished goods meet sales forecasts while optimizing stock levels.

Responsibilities:

• Production and material planning inventory control

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any related course.
• With more than 3 years experience in production planning and inventory control in a manufacturing environment.
• Has a minimum of 1 year supervisory or leadership experience.
• Familiarity with electronics-specific processes and ERP or MRP system such as Odoo
• Proficiency in MS Excel for complex data analysis and background in AI tools
• Knowledge on Lean, Six Sigma, or DMAIC tools to solve complex issues and
• With good analytical thinking, strong leadership and highly collaborative

The Process and Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing technical and administrative support to the Production Operation and Process Engineer. Duties and Responsibilities: Work with the team according to Kaertech core values (Respect, Discipline, Teamwork, Excellence, Commitment, Continuous Improvement, and Accountability). Perform duties to install and maintain production machines. Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service. Perform mechanic skills including, but not limited to, mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting and repair of production machines. Maintain spare parts inventory for all machines inside the production area. Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service. Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments. Perform regular preventive maintenance on machines and equipment which include documentation, calibration. Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those and any unusual situations to proper supervision. Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. Perform other duties assigned by Process and Maintenance Engineer Fill up maintenance checklist for line process monitoring. Assist in acquiring process cycle time for capacity planning. Support process engineer with process and equipment qualification. Design tooling and fixtures for manufacturing by collaborating with the mechanical and electrical engineering teams. Assists in creating, modifying and revising manufacturing work instructions and process flow documentation. Provides technical support and training to assembly and manufacturing personnel. Job Summary: 

The Machinist will provide specialized support for precision mold repair and restoration through laser welding, ensuring damaged mold components are repaired accurately and efficiently while maintaining required dimensional and quality standards. The position will support mold repair activities such as parting line damage, core and cavity damage, worn shut-off areas, chipped edges, ribs, and other critical mold features.

Responsibilities:

- Performs laser welding repairs on injection molds and precision mold components.

- Repairs parting line damage, dents, scratches, corrosion, worn shut-off surfaces, chipped corners, edges, ribs, and other damaged areas.

- Assesses mold damage and determines the appropriate welding and repair method.

- Prepares surfaces prior to welding and performs post-welding grinding, fitting, and polishing.

- Ensures performed repairs meet required dimensions and specifications.

- Conducts dimensional inspection after repair.

- Coordinates with Mold Designer, Process Engineering, QA, and Production regarding mold repair requirements.

- Maintains proper records of mold repairs and welding activities.

- Ensures proper operation, maintenance, and care of laser welding equipment.

- Supports continuous improvement initiatives to reduce mold repair lead time and external repair costs.

Job Details:

- At least 3–5 years of experience in mold making, mold repair, tool and die, or precision machining.

- Preferably with hands-on experience in laser welding for molds and dies.

- Experience in repairing injection molds, particularly precision components and cosmetic surfaces.

- Experience in mold fitting, polishing, grinding, and bench work is an advantage.

- Knowledge of different mold steels and their welding characteristics is preferred.

Skills:

- Laser welding operation and parameter adjustment.

- Precision mold repair and restoration.

- TIG/MIG welding knowledge is an advantage.

- Grinding, polishing, fitting, and bench work.

- Measuring instruments such as vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, and other precision tools.

The Warehouse Personnel is responsible for supporting efficient warehouse operations by preparing and issuing materials required for production and engineering activities, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring proper storage and handling of materials.

The Facilities Technician will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of utility systems and infrastructure within the facility. This includes air compressor system, electrical system, dock leveler, cooling tower, water supply system and will support also to the maintenance of air-conditioning units. The role will require the technician to perform routine inspections, repairs and troubleshooting to ensure that all utilities are operating efficiently and safely.

The SMT Production Supervisor oversees daily operations of the Surface Mount Technology production line, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry standards. This role is responsible for ensuring production targets are met, quality standards are upheld, and the team is supported to perform at their best.

The Process Engineer ensures the successful transition of new products from design to mass production by developing, validating, and standardizing manufacturing processes. The role focuses on process readiness, manufacturability, and reliability, enabling smooth ramp-up, high yield, and compliance with industry standards.

The Procurement and Sourcing Specialist is responsible in the procurement of products or items based on the requirements of the requesting departments in a cost-effective manner. The function includes coordination with suppliers and sourcing of vendors when necessary as well as the processes required to purchase and to ensure that a full stock inventory is maintained.
