ERP & AUTOMATION

Software That Already Runs a Factory

The systems we build for customers are the systems we run ourselves. Kaertech operates its manufacturing, quality, inventory and finance on a single Odoo platform extended by our own team, so what we deliver has been proven against a working plant rather than a demonstration.

What We Build

  • ERP Implementation & Customisation: Odoo shaped around how a plant actually works, covering manufacturing orders, traceability, inventory management, quality checks, multi-company flows and the reports the shop floor needs every morning.
  • Systems Integration: Connecting the ERP to the machines, test benches and partner systems around it, so information is entered once and stays consistent everywhere it is read.
  • Ongoing Support: A team that maintains code it wrote. Defects are corrected at the source instead of worked around, and every change ships with an automated regression test.

How We Ship It

Manufacturing does not stop for a release, so the release has to be the safe part.

The path a change takes: agreed in writing, built with its own tests, reviewed on its own copy of live data, graded by what it can reach, released, then checked at release and again an hour later.
  • Graded before it ships. Every change is assessed for blast radius first, so the one that can move stock or money is not handled like the one that moves a label.
  • Reviewed on real data. Each change gets its own environment with its own copy of the live database, and is judged there rather than on a developer's description of it.
  • Checked after landing, twice. We verify the things that must stay true, such as unbalanced postings, failed background jobs, stalled schedulers and negative stock, at the moment of release and again an hour later. The second check is the one that earns its place: on one release the deploy was clean and the hour-later pass found several hundred background jobs failing, from a data fault that predated the release by a year. It was switched off the same day.
  • Agreed before it is built. Requirements are settled in writing first, because the expensive rework is never the code, it is the question nobody asked.

AI Inside the Process

Artificial intelligence sits inside our development loop rather than beside it. It reads the live system instead of a description of it, carries what it learned on one task into the next, and drafts and reviews changes that a person then approves. What a customer sees is the shorter distance: a request becomes a reviewed, tested change in days rather than release cycles.
